At Tare, we are looking for a creative, proactive **Designer & Visual Content Jr** with the ability to develop attractive visual content for digital campaigns, social media, and commercial materials in the real estate sector. Your mission will be to support by generating visual material that maintains a coherent, aesthetic, and commercially aligned communication strategy for our developments. **Responsibilities** * Design visuals for digital advertising campaigns * Create visual content calendars for social media * Design printed materials: banners, flyers, brochures, billboards, signage, and stands * Create and edit short videos for social media, advertisements, and development presentations * Design or assist in developing visual identities and logos for new projects * Ensure visual consistency across all brand and project materials * Propose creative ideas to strengthen the developer's image and digital presence * Maintain an updated library of images, videos, and templates **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field * Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital design * Proficiency in tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects, Canva Pro, CapCut / Clipchamp (desirable) * Basic knowledge of photography and digital retouching * Knowledge of formats and specifications for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns * Experience in real estate or high-value products is desirable * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Creativity, attention to detail, and proactivity Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
