Professional stability and development **Vacancy | Corrosion Protection Supervisor** **Location:** Project to be assigned (Tuxpan, Altamira, Tabasco) **Required Experience:** 5 to 10 years We are seeking a **Corrosion Protection Supervisor** with a solid background in **execution and supervision of industrial coating systems**, leadership of operational crews, and technical mastery of **surface preparation, application, and field quality control**. **Technical Objective of the Position** Plan, execute, and supervise corrosion protection work on industrial projects, ensuring compliance with **technical specifications, procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements**, guaranteeing correct application of coating systems and optimal performance of operational personnel. **Technical Functions and Responsibilities** ✔ Supervise **surface preparation** activities (SSPC / ISO: mechanical cleaning, abrasive blasting, anchor profile) ✔ Coordinate and lead **field application crews** ✔ Verify application parameters: **DFT/WFT, environmental conditions (RH, dew point, temperature)** ✔ Operate and supervise **sandblasting, airless, conventional, and electrical tools** ✔ Ensure compliance with **safety procedures and PPE usage** ✔ Interpret **technical specifications, technical data sheets (TDS), and work procedures** ✔ Document progress, non-conformities, and work releases ✔ Train operational personnel in application techniques and basic quality control **Required Technical Profile** \* **5 to 10 years of verifiable experience** in industrial corrosion protection \* Experience leading **operational crews on site** \* Solid knowledge of **industrial coating systems** \* Proficiency with **application and measurement equipment** \* Ability to work under pressure and in industrial environments \* Availability for field work and project rotation **Certifications (Desirable)** ✔ **NACE / AMPP** (Coating Inspector Level 1 or equivalent) ✔ **SSPC / AMPP** ✔ Certifications in **coating application or sandblasting** ✔ Courses in **industrial safety** **We Offer** Competitive salary commensurate with experience Stability and continuity on industrial projects Technical and professional development Integration into a team focused on quality and safety **Application:** Send CV to **seleccion1@megsa.com.mx** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 \- $22,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
