We are seeking a Psychologist with a deep vocation for service to join our mission and serve as the cornerstone of mental health support for our residents. What Will You Do? As our Psychologist, your work will directly impact the emotional development of minors, focusing on: * **Therapy and Development:** Conduct psycho\-diagnostics and individual/group therapy aimed at emotional regulation, establishing boundaries, and increasing frustration tolerance. * **Comprehensive Care:** Create and maintain complete psychological records, administering and interpreting projective and psychometric tests. * **Support Network:** Timely referral of mental health issues to external agencies (DIF, Counseling Centers), ensuring necessary support is provided. * **Coordination:** Supervise and coordinate follow-up actions with the Educational and Social Work departments, ensuring a cohesive development plan for each minor. Profile Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Professional Title and License Required). * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience working with vulnerable children and youth populations. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in administering and interpreting projective and psychometric tests. * **Attitudes:** Strong sense of responsibility, conflict resolution skills, and above all, a **genuine passion and empathy for working with vulnerable children and youth.** * **Age:** 28 to 40 years old.
