**Company dedicated to event organization requires a Driver Operator** **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Ensure proper loading and unloading, on-site furniture handling, assembly according to schedule, and attend to customer needs. **Coordinate assistants, load and unload furniture and materials, assemble and disassemble at the event site, ensure the vehicle operates properly, meet customer requirements, and act as a liaison with the event coordinator** * Minimum two years of experience driving a 3-ton truck (F 450 enclosed van) * **Minimum education: high school diploma** * **Familiarity with the metropolitan area of Guadalajara and nearby cities** * **Valid driver's license, ability to drive manual transmission (mandatory)** * Customer service attitude and client-focused approach * Teamwork and collaboration skills **ABOUT THE JOB** * Workplace located in the CUCEA area (Periférico Norte and José Parres Arias) * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm * Load and unload furniture for events * Deliver and arrange furniture for the client * Disassemble and collect furniture after events * Availability to work weekends and extended shifts **SALARY AND BENEFITS** * Weekly salary of 2,560.00 plus the following benefits * Punctuality bonus 5% (121.10) * Attendance bonus 5% (121.10) * Event duty bonuses * (Half-duty shift: 300 for 4 hours) * (Full-duty shift: 500 plus 100 pesos for transportation) = 600 per event * Benefits exceeding legal requirements Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,600.00 per week Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite contract * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
