We are hiring: **STATION SUPERVISOR – ZAPOPAN, JALISCO** --------------------------------------------- ### **Your primary objective:** You will lead daily operations at the Zapopan Station in Jalisco, ensuring seamless flow from package receipt to doorstep delivery. ### **Your key challenges:** * **Operational Excellence:** Manage daily operations to ensure smooth, uninterrupted execution. * **Route Optimization:** Oversee local dispatch and route control, maximizing delivery efficiency. * **Distribution Strategy:** Coordinate DSP material containerization for agile and fluid distribution. * **Flow Control (Mid-Mile):** Accurately organize and execute package receipt, sorting, and delivery. * **Arrival Monitoring (AR):** Supervise timely material arrivals and proactively resolve any exceptions. * **On-Time Guarantee:** Ensure the delivery team departs on schedule, optimizing the station’s service-level indicators. ### **What profile are we seeking?** * Proven experience in warehouse or logistics station management. * Leadership ability and experience managing operational teams. * Strong results- and timeliness-oriented mindset. * Current residence in Zapopan, Jal.
