Continuous communication with drivers and traffic department Transportes Valbar is seeking a **GPS MONITOR** due to company growth. **Job Objective** Monitor units in real time using GPS systems, ensuring compliance with routes, delivery times, and security protocols, in order to prevent incidents and optimize logistics operations. ________________________________________________________________________________ **Work Location:** 10 minutes from Plaza del Sol via Lopez Mateos **REQUIREMENTS:** * 1–2 years of experience in GPS monitoring within the logistics transportation industry * Easy access to the work location * Completed high school diploma (minimum) **KNOWLEDGE:** * Proficiency in GPS platforms * Interpretation of digital maps and geolocation * Knowledge of local and regional routes * Transportation security protocols (theft, accidents, alerts) * Excel proficiency * Maintenance of logs and operational records * Monitoring of logistics KPIs (transit times, deliveries, incidents) * Tracking of cargo units **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Constant monitoring of units via GPS platforms * Tracking of established routes and validation of deviations * Immediate reporting of incidents (unauthorized stops, deviations, signal loss, etc.) * Continuous communication with drivers and traffic department * Recording and updating of tracking logs * Activation of security protocols in case of theft or risk situations * Validation of loading, transit, and unloading times * Generation of daily operational reports **WE OFFER:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday half-day * Weekly salary payment * Biweekly food vouchers * Two life insurance policies * Funeral expense assistance * Job stability * Profit-sharing * Uniform * Loans available starting from the 6th month * Flexible leave policy * Annual support * Statutory benefits * Direct employment contract with the company Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,500.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in the logistics transportation industry? * How long would your commute to the work location take?
