Take the next step upward!!! ********************************** DRIVER ASSISTANT ********************************** **OBJECTIVE** Support the driver responsible for delivering purchased materials on time and in full, while providing service that ensures complete customer satisfaction. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education * 1 year of warehouse experience * Arranging and classifying merchandise **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Separate the sideboards from the truck to prepare it for loading or unloading. · (*Sideboards: lateral and rear protective panels designed to prevent cargo from falling). * Load and arrange materials in the truck (*bulk materials; box by box). * Assist the driver in planning and monitoring the route. * Load and unload materials in the truck. * Support warehouse staff in preparing the next day’s route. * Assist the warehouse as required by the Warehouse Manager. * Maintain the physical integrity of materials, ensuring safe and appropriate transportation. * Deliver required documentation to relevant departments involved in material handling, on time and accurately. * Support colleagues in their routine and extraordinary tasks. * Provide satisfactory service to customers during material delivery (customer pickup and route delivery). * Supply materials matching the specific characteristics requested by the customer. * Physically display materials to the customer at the time of delivery. * Deliver materials to the customer on time and without damage. * Use safety equipment during daily tasks. * Wear the provided uniform (T-shirt and/or apron) daily during work activities. **COMPENSATION PACKAGE** * $2,750 weekly net pay * Net food vouchers: $945 * Punctuality and attendance bonus: $800.00 * 35% vacation bonus * 17 days of Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) * Life insurance * Funeral expense assistance * Birthday day off * Statutory benefits * Profit-sharing ***JOIN A COMPANY WHERE YOU WILL GROW AND LEARN WITH US!!!*** Salary: $10,000.00 – $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Discounted cafeteria service * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
