Job Summary: Safely collect, transport, and deliver non-organic and hazardous waste, ensuring adherence to assigned routes, proper handling of materials, and responsible vehicle usage. Assisting with operational tasks at the collection center **Job Objective** Safely collect, transport, and deliver non-organic and hazardous waste from agencies and collection points, ensuring compliance with assigned routes, proper material handling, and responsible vehicle usage. **Schedule**: Monday to Friday: 8:50 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays: 8:50 AM to 2:00 PM **Main Responsibilities** * Operate company vehicles to perform scheduled collection routes. * Transport recyclable waste (cardboard, PET, scrap metal) and materials classified as hazardous. * Assist with loading and unloading collected materials. * Verify delivery and receipt documentation at each location. * Maintain route and delivery log records. * Ensure proper use of the assigned vehicle and report mechanical failures. * Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations. * Maintain respectful conduct toward customers, colleagues, and supervisors. * Assist with operational tasks at the collection center during downtime. Experience: * Minimum 1–2 years as a delivery or collection driver * Experience operating light-duty trucks (e.g., 3½-ton vans) or similar vehicles * Experience loading and unloading bulky or heavy materials Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Education: * Completed junior high school (Preferred) Experience: * As a delivery driver: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Federal Class C driver’s license (Preferred) * Federal Class B driver’s license (Preferred) * Federal Class A driver’s license (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
