If you’re ready to make a difference every day, FMC is ready to talk with you. ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** * *Coordinate the proper execution of the deployment strategy for assigned zones.* * *Train and lead the Market Development Specialist team to achieve POG \& POS objectives.* * *Coordinate and plan product launches, field days, and end-user engagement events.* * *Develop and implement the demonstration plot development plan.* * *Prepare the monthly deployment forecast, as well as necessary annual adjustments by Market Development Manager, distributor, and product.* * *Coordinate the Market Development Managers’ team to execute training and education programs for distributors and commercial teams on portfolio benefits and advantages.* * *Manage tools required for establishing demonstration plots.* * *Develop and design marketing campaigns aligned with seasonal cycles.* * *Assigned zones:* ***Chihuahua, Durango, Coahuila, Monterrey, and Tamaulipas.*** ***QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIRED*** * *Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or Agribusiness, or related field.* * *3\+ years of experience leading commercial, development, or production teams in the agricultural sector.* * *Knowledge of the crop protection industry and customers within the assigned region.* * *Knowledge of phytosanitary management for major crops in* ***Northern Mexico (corn, walnuts, apples, cotton, and vegetables)*** * *General knowledge of major pests, diseases, and weeds.* * *General knowledge of herbicide, insecticide, and fungicide resistance management.* * *Residence location:* ***Delicias or Chihuahua.***
