Position Summary: We are seeking a committed and organized Payroll Analyst to join our team and contribute to the accurate processing and administration of payroll. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administers and processes payroll, including calculations and electronic stamping. 2. Processes employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in platforms such as IDSE and Nomipaq. 3. Collaborates with the Human Development department in organizing events. A leading company in the electromechanical industry, with over 30 years of market experience, seeks a committed, organized, and detail-oriented Payroll Analyst who wishes to join our team and contribute to the accurate processing and administration of payroll. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or Psychology. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency with tools: Microsoft Office Compaq Payroll (Nomipaq) IDSE SUA REPSE SIROC, SICSUB (desirable) Intermediate-level Excel Competencies Attention to detail Time management Continuous learning and improvement Collaborative work Effective communication Main Activities Processing employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in IDSE and Nomipaq. Managing the payroll process: Calculating salaries, severance payments, year-end bonuses, profit-sharing (PTU), taxes, deductions, and payroll incidents. Electronic stamping of payroll and managing period changes. Organizing personnel files and records, incorporating required legal documentation. Supporting the Human Development department in planning and executing events.
