We are looking for a Construction Resident for a construction project at our company AIO. We seek a professional with experience in construction, cost estimation, and construction processes; industrial warehouses are desirable. You will be responsible for supervising construction execution, coordinating with construction teams, and ensuring work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings and budgets. Your role will involve managing site generators, ensuring all equipment and machinery remain in optimal condition for ongoing activities. Additionally, you must supervise material quality and manage any unforeseen issues arising during construction. We require an organized individual with leadership capabilities and strong problem-solving skills. Prior experience in similar projects is a plus. The selected candidate must work on-site and report directly to the Project Manager.
