Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Maintenance Assistant to perform mold assembly, preventive maintenance, and ensure optimal operation of injection molding machinery. Key Highlights: 1. We are a Mexican company dedicated to plastic manufacturing, with over 30 years of experience in the market, proudly 100% Mexican. ***Technical Maintenance Assistant*** **Responsibilities:** * Perform mold assembly. * Carry out assigned tasks under the preventive maintenance program. * Maintain equipment operating under ideal conditions. * Ensure injection molding machines operate under optimal conditions, always prioritizing safety. * Maintain complete order and cleanliness in work areas. * Provide support in assigned project and installation activities. * Assist in sharpening blades used in the casting cutting and deburring process. ***We Offer:*** * 10% punctuality bonus * 10% attendance bonus * Weekly payment * 5% savings fund * Statutory benefits Schedule: Monday to Friday Position Type: Full-time Salary: $11,150.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
