**Main Responsibilities:** * Machine setup: mount clichés (printing plates), anilox rolls, inks, and substrates. * Adjustment and calibration: regulate pressure, color registration, and ink viscosity to achieve high-quality printing. * Machine operation: start up, monitor, and control production during runs. * Quality inspection: verify that prints are uniform, without smudges, color variations, or defects. * Basic maintenance: clean rolls, ink systems, and components, as well as report technical malfunctions. * Production compliance: ensure print orders are completed within requested timeframes and quantities. * Safety and hygiene: follow industrial safety protocols and chemical handling regulations (inks, solvents, adhesives). **Required Skills:** * Knowledge of 4-color inks with integrated die-cutting for corrugated boxes. * Ability to read production orders and print layouts. * Capability to detect and correct machine issues. * Attention to detail and commitment to finish quality. **Please review the location before applying.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per week Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite contract Workplace: On-site
