A Mexican company engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of food products (hamburger meat) is seeking a QUALITY INSPECTOR. Requirements: * Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of GMP and food safety. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Residence near La Mojonera neighborhood (Zapopan). * Availability to work rotating shifts. Responsibilities: * Review of Good Manufacturing Practices. * Support in data control activities during production. * Release and rejection of finished products. * Data entry. * Sampling. * Physicochemical analysis. * Raw material release. * Support in internal and external audits. * Inspection and verification of processes and products.
