We are seeking a candidate with experience in coordinating, executing, and monitoring maritime, air, and land transportation logistics operations, ensuring comprehensive and personalized service for each client, avoiding fragmentation among different executives, and guaranteeing efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate domestic and international **maritime, air, and land shipments**. * Prepare and track required documentation (B/L, AWB, CMR, invoices, customs entries, permits, etc.). * Monitor cargo transit and provide real-time updates to customers. * Customer service * Liaise with customs brokers, carriers, shipping lines, airlines, and logistics providers. * Coordinate consolidated or dedicated loads according to customer needs. * Support commercial teams with quotations and multimodal service proposals. * Ensure compliance with customs, foreign trade, and transportation regulations. * Verify applicable permits, certifications, and regulations. * Document procedures and provide feedback to management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business, Logistics, International Relations, or related field * **Experience in maritime, air, and land operations** * Intermediate–Advanced English * Problem-solving ability * Customer service orientation * Proficiency in logistics management systems (TMS, ERP) * Import/export documentation experience * Competencies: Integrity, responsibility, teamwork, communication, adaptability to change, effective communication. **Benefits:** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Grocery vouchers * and more Don’t hesitate—send a WhatsApp message to **33 3105 3236** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $8,890.51 – $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Grocery vouchers Application question(s): * Years of experience in Logistics Operations Work location: On-site employment
