Supplier negotiation and timely procurement. **Position Summary:** Responsible for end-to-end warehouse management and procurement of spare parts, supplies, and services, ensuring timely supply for maintenance and operation of heavy-duty transport units while optimizing costs and controlling inventory. **Main Responsibilities: Warehouse:** * Receiving, inspection, and storage of spare parts and materials. * Recording inventory receipts and issuances in the system. * Physical, cycle, and annual inventory counts. * Issuing spare parts to the workshop (mechanics). * Tool and consumables control. * Managing maximum and minimum stock levels. * Warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety. **Procurement:** * Quoting and purchasing automotive spare parts. * Supplier research and development. * Negotiation of pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms. * Purchase order generation and tracking. * Supplier evaluation (quality, cost, service). * Invoice processing and coordination with administration. * Urgent procurement for vehicles in operation. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma or technical degree (preferably in logistics or business administration). * Experience: 1–2 years in warehouse and/or procurement (preferably in transportation or automotive sectors). * Knowledge: * Trailer spare parts * Inventory control (FIFO, max/min levels) * Procurement process and supplier negotiation * Proficiency in Excel and/or ERP systems * Driver's license (preferred) **Skills:** * Organization and control * Negotiation * Cost analysis * Working under pressure * Sense of urgency * Attention to detail **Core Competencies:** * Responsibility and integrity * Proactivity * Effective communication * Results orientation **Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Inventory level (no stockouts) * Inventory turnover * Procurement savings / negotiation effectiveness * Supply lead time * Inventory accuracy * Purchase order fulfillment rate **Working Conditions:** * Work performed in warehouse and administrative areas * Frequent interaction with workshop staff and suppliers * Availability for operational emergencies Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $13,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for permanent employment contract Work Location: On-site
