A leading construction company in Jalisco is seeking a **Purchasing Manager**. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. * Experience: 3 years in this position. * Gender: No preference **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** · Identify suitable regional and national suppliers for each project. · Prepare material quotations based on company needs, considering time, quality, and cost. · Conduct supplier negotiations. · Manage supplier relationships (preferential pricing, credit terms, and payment facilities). · Track and monitor purchase order status. · Validate invoices and request payment supplements. · Register new suppliers. · Accounts payable reporting. · Warehouse receipt reporting. · Supplier reconciliation. **Knowledge / Skills:** · Knowledge of construction materials. · Ability to work under pressure, with strong organizational and focus skills. · Procurement and inventory ERP systems. · Office productivity software. · Knowledge of CFDI review.
