Opportunity to work in electronic manufacturing with advanced technologies. **Senior Production Planner (SMT / Electronics)** **Location: Venta del Astillero, Jalisco** **Job Objective** Plan and schedule electronic board (SMT) production, ensuring on-time delivery plan compliance, resource optimization, and alignment with material availability and line capacity. **Profile:** * Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration or related field. * Advanced English **Experience:** · Minimum 3 years in the role within electronic manufacturing companies. * Experience in production planning in SMT or high-mix/high-volume environments. **Knowledge:** * Experience in SMT line planning (highly valued). * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools. * Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools (Power BI, Minitab, others). * Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor or others). * Intermediate\-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis). **Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for SMT lines. * Ensure each operation meets shipment dates per sales forecasts or customer orders. * Schedule production orders considering line capacity, model changeovers, and priorities. * Ensure material availability through coordination with Procurement and Warehouse. * Balance workload across SMT lines (optimizing utilization). * Monitor plan adherence versus execution (On-Time Delivery, backlog, delays). * Adjust plans in response to demand changes, shortages, or production incidents. * Reduce downtime caused by poor planning (setup, model changeovers). * Generate performance reports (plan adherence, efficiency, inventory levels). **We Offer:** Direct and plant-based employment Monthly salary between $40,000 and $45,000 Position Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000\.00 \- $45,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
