




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative and HR Assistant to perform various tasks related to personnel management, administrative procedures, and logistical support. Petty cash management and supplier tracking **Administrative and HR Assistant** **Education: Student, recent graduate, or incomplete degree in:** Business Administration Human Resources Psychology Related field **Responsibilities:** IMSS registration and deregistration Recruitment and selection of personnel Incident tracking Per diems: calculation and disbursement request Tracking vehicle maintenance logs Stationery requisition and inventory control Telephone line management and follow-up with provider Support to management in various legal and administrative procedures Quotation and purchase of flights and buses; national hotel reservations Personnel access requests for construction sites Petty cash handling and control; expense verification Document updating, printing, and archiving Basic administrative tasks **Knowledge Requirements:** Basic invoicing knowledge Petty cash and per diem administrative processes Numerical and analytical skills Per diem management Excel and Drive **Requirements:** Ability to drive a standard vehicle (valid driver's license) **Values:** Honesty, responsibility, reliability, organization, numerical aptitude, proactivity, punctuality.
