Ensure the optimal performance of the company's technological infrastructure and develop software solutions that drive operational efficiency, process automation, and digital transformation of the group. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users on computing equipment, networks, and internal systems. * Manage local network, backups, antivirus, access controls, and server maintenance. * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents. * Analyze internal processes to identify opportunities for digitization. * Design, develop, and implement internal systems, web tools, or custom applications to support various business areas. * Participate in the maintenance and improvement of existing systems (databases, intranets, dashboards, CRM, etc.). * Integrate solutions using APIs or connectors (e.g., between credit systems, CRM, and accounting). * Document developments, testing procedures, and user manuals. * Evaluate new technologies and propose solutions that enhance productivity and technological security. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * **Experience:** 2–4 years in technical support plus internal software development. * **Technical skills:** * Programming languages (Python, JavaScript, C#, PHP, or similar). * Web development (HTML, CSS, basic frameworks). * Databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). * Basic administration of Windows/Linux servers. * Networking, equipment maintenance, and configuration. * Desired: knowledge in process automation (Power Automate, RPA, or similar). * **Additional tools:** Git, REST APIs, Office 365, Power BI, etc. **We Offer** * $10,000.00 to $13,000.00 monthly (depending on experience). * Monday to Friday from 8:50 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1 hour for lunch) Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Application Question(s): * Have you provided technical support to users on computing equipment, networks, and internal systems? * What programming languages do you use for developing new technologies?
