Description

**Job Objective:** Ensure the reliability of operational information and administrative control of the infrastructure area through analysis of indicators (KPIs), order management, and documentary tracking of electrical and infrastructure projects to support decision-making within the area and improve resource efficiency. **Responsibilities:** 1\.\- Prepares concept catalogs for renovations and/or expansions led by the infrastructure area. 2\.\- Requests quotations and prepares comparative analyses of concept catalogs. 3\.\- Conducts site surveys of new installations and requests documentation updates from the engineering and projects area. 4\.\- Manages the infrastructure and maintenance software application, ensuring service requests are registered, assigned, and closed. 5\.\- Collects and processes data on failures, repair times, and preventive maintenance compliance for facilities under the infrastructure area’s responsibility, and updates departmental indicators. 6\.\- Verifies correct logging in operational logs for equipment assigned to the infrastructure area. 7\.\- Maintains up-to-date inventory of materials for the engineering and projects area. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree minimum in administrative fields or Industrial Engineering **Experience:** Not required **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Compensation (Amounts before taxes)** Daily salary: $562.46 Monthly salary (Daily salary × 30.42) = $17,108.16 Attendance Bonus (2 days’ daily salary) = $1,124.92 Punctuality Bonus (2 days’ daily salary) = $1,124.92 Grocery Vouchers (10% of monthly salary) = $1,710.82 Savings Fund (4.11%) = $703.82 Total Salary: $21,771.89 **AMOUNTS BEFORE TAXES** **Benefits:** * Discounted cafeteria service. * Grocery vouchers (10%). * Punctuality and attendance bonus. * Savings fund (4%). * Vacation days as stipulated by the Federal Labor Law (LFT), with the option to begin using proportional vacation days after your first six months with the organization. * Five additional paid leave days granted by the company according to an established calendar. * Seniority bonus. * Retirement bonus. * Funeral assistance for immediate family members (parents, spouse/cohabitant, children) in case of death. * Welcome kit for parents upon birth of a child. * Academic achievement bonus. * Half-day paid leave on your birthday (if it falls within regular working hours). * Marriage support (three additional paid leave days). * Savings box. * Employee referral program. * Study support (financial or schedule-based) starting from your first year at Zeyco. * Employee discount (preferential pricing on Zeyco products). * 70% discount on gym/swimming pool enrollment and monthly fees (list of participating gyms and pools). * SPA agreements. * On-site English classes funded by the company.
