High process efficiency and minimization of operational errors Purpose of the Position: Represent the institution through its telephone service, establishing an effective communication channel with our customers that enables resolution of their explicit and implicit needs at first contact, delivering personalized and specialized service with a high quality standard to exceed both customer and business expectations. Key Responsibilities: * Achieve all key performance indicators set for the business. * Exceed sales targets for your access channel with strong negotiation skills and objection handling. * Exceed customer expectations by consistently providing clear, effective, and respectful guidance aligned with their needs, demonstrating a strong service orientation. * Ensure high efficiency in executed processes with meticulous attention to detail, minimizing operational errors. * Maintain required training and competency. Leadership and Teamwork: * Encourage and promote a respectful environment with peers and leaders. * Identify improvement opportunities and/or contingencies and promptly report them to your direct leader. * Propose process and/or service improvements. Functional Knowledge: * Knowledge of the bank's products and services. * Proficiency in institutional systems. * Proficiency in Office software (Basic).
