Job Summary: We are seeking a Delivery Driver and Warehouse Assistant to ensure supply chain continuity through efficient deliveries and pickups, as well as internal material handling for timely distribution. Comprehensive management of materials and warehouse At Pegasus, we are a Mexican company with over 44 years of experience, specializing in automation, robotics, industrial solutions, and applied technology—helping businesses improve efficiency, productivity, and operational control. **Job Objective** Ensure supply chain continuity by efficiently executing local deliveries and pickups with customers and suppliers, while simultaneously performing internal tasks including physical counting, manual sorting, package assembly, and verification of supplies—to guarantee that every material is distributed and delivered strictly on time and in full. **Main Responsibilities** * Efficiently and promptly deliver goods, commercial orders, and equipment to local customers. * Collect materials and supplies from local suppliers. * Verify that physical documentation and delivery notes match the items delivered or received en route. * Proactively safeguard and report the cleanliness, maintenance status, and fuel levels of the utility vehicle assigned by the company. * Physically reconcile materials against the system (ERP Odoo), perform detailed manual weighing or counting, and report actual quantities to the supervisor. * Count and sort components for manufacturing lines and repair operations. * Support the Warehouse Supervisor in conducting cyclic inventories and maintain aisle organization and cleanliness using the 5S methodology. **Key Skills** * Organized * Disciplined * Detail-oriented * Strong adherence to internal processes and procedures * Integrity * Punctuality * Customer- and supplier-focused service attitude **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in delivery driver and warehouse assistant roles. * Driver’s License: Valid Jalisco state driver’s license (Commercial / Class B) is mandatory. * Solid numerical skills, mental agility, and proficiency in basic mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and use of measurement/weight units). **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary of $12,000 to $14,500 MXN * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance * Transportation service * Subsidized cafeteria * Job stability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,500.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
