




**COST AND BUDGET ANALYST** **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cost and budget analyst in civil construction projects or similar role, handling tenders. **ESSENTIAL SKILLS:** Unit price software: Neodata (essential) or similar tool such as Opus. Computer-aided software (AutoCAD) Proficiency with Office suite **OPTIONAL SKILLS:** Office suite Construction concepts Building codes and regulations Project quantification (generators) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Prepare economic proposals Analyze unit prices Support contract requirement processes Compile bidding packages (Tenders) Read and interpret blueprints Develop concept catalogs Analyze indirect costs, profit margins, labor factors Prepare parametric budgets for projects of varying scale and complexity. Main commercial sector. Regularly update lists of materials and labor rates to reflect market changes. Prepare disbursement and supply schedules Process additional, deductive, and/or extraordinary work orders. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize budget efficiency and accuracy.
