Creativity and precision in design We are a company dedicated to the development and design of architectural projects, and we are looking for a creative, responsible **Project Architect** with proven experience in residential and housing projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Development of preliminary and executive projects. * Preparation of architectural drawings, renders, and presentations. * Coordination with engineering, construction, and supplier teams. * Review of applicable regulations, codes, and guidelines. * Proposal of technical and aesthetic solutions for residential housing. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential and single-family housing projects. * Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Revit (preferred), Office. * Knowledge of materials, construction processes, and basic costs. * Creativity, precision, and ability to work effectively in a team. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Collaborative work environment.
