




Job Summary: This position involves managing customer accounts, verifying data, delivering communications, and promoting financial services. Key Highlights: 1. No experience required 2. Salary increases Responsibilities: * Identify customers with overdue accounts within the assigned area, to conduct timely follow-ups, arrange payment agreements and/or receive payments enabling them to bring their accounts current. * Verify the address and personal information of each customer applying for any of the Group’s financial services, ensuring data accuracy to enable a more thorough credit analysis and response. * Deliver account statements, promotions, and the Coppel newspaper to customers in a timely manner, along with guidance tailored to their expressed needs, thereby enhancing their satisfaction with Group services. * Submit received payments and/or customer payment agreements for system entry, ensuring account information is updated by end-of-day. * Promote Coppel Credit by encouraging individuals to apply, thereby expanding the Group’s customer portfolio. * Collect, where necessary and as specified in internal policies, items subject to payment delinquency, facilitating partial recovery of outstanding balances. Requirements: A Tax Status Certificate dated within the last three months, under the “Salaries and Wages” tax regime. **No experience required** Residence near Pantitlán Metro, Zaragoza Metro, or nearby stations.
