Project Architect

Position Summary: We are seeking an architect with experience in design and project management, capable of identifying client needs and developing comprehensive projects. Key Highlights: 1. Customer needs identification and budget preparation. 2. Comprehensive conceptual and executive project development. 3. Project budget, expense, and payment control and monitoring. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (degree and professional license mandatory) * Minimum 3 years of experience * Experience with construction and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.) **Responsibilities** * Identify and understand client needs * Prepare preliminary project budgets * Develop conceptual projects (preliminary designs) and present them to the client * Implement adjustments to the preliminary design as requested by the client and/or operational departments * Develop comprehensive executive projects * Project delivery * Project schedule * Project budget, expense, and payment control and monitoring. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
