Position objective: You will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and adjusting parts, molds, devices, and tools, ensuring their optimal performance to meet Quality Management System (QMS) standards and customer expectations. Main responsibilities: * Fabrication, repair, and adjustment of tooling. * Assembly and disassembly of molds. * Interpretation of blueprints and mold components. * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Adjustment and release of parts for production startup. * Reporting of activities for statistical analysis. * Participation in 5S activities. * Compliance with QMS, EHS, and automotive/medical standards. * Continuous improvement in work tools. Required technical knowledge: * Operation of conventional machines (lathes, milling machines, grinders, EDM). * Use of measuring equipment (vernier caliper, micrometer, optical comparator, etc.). * Basic knowledge of tool steels and heat treatments. * Tooling and tolerance adjustment. Requirements: * Technical degree or engineering background. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the mold area. * Availability to work rotating shifts (mandatory).
