Monitors sales performance and manages inventory **Job Description:** We are looking for an **E-commerce Specialist** with experience managing and operating platforms such as Shopify, Liverpool, Walmart, and Coppel. This role will be critical in optimizing the customer experience, improving sales strategies, and ensuring achievement of growth and profitability targets on these platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and optimize product catalogs on assigned marketplaces (Liverpool, Walmart, Coppel, Shopify). * Create, edit, and update product listings, ensuring consistency and quality of information. * Manage promotions, discounts, and pricing strategies on platforms to increase sales. * Monitor sales performance and generate reports with key metrics. * Implement and optimize advertising campaigns on relevant channels. * Ensure compliance with each marketplace’s specific policies and requirements. * Monitor and manage inventory, preventing stockouts or excess inventory. * Resolve issues related to orders, returns, customer ratings, and communication with marketplaces. * Identify trends and improvement opportunities on platforms to drive business growth. **Requirements/Experience:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience managing platforms such as Shopify, Liverpool, Walmart, and Coppel. * Knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing strategies. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with analytics and management tools (Excel, Google Analytics, ERPs, etc.). * Experience in inventory management and logistics optimization strategies. **Skills:** * Customer service. * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Ability to manage multiple projects. * Accountability for delivery timelines. * Attention to detail. * Problem-solving skills. **Benefits:** * Major medical expense insurance * Company-provided mobile phone **Additional Compensation:** * Monthly bonus **Work Schedule:** * On-call * Monday to Friday * 8-hour shift **Work Location:** In-person employment **Employment Type:** Full-time **Salary:** $17,000.00 - $21,000.00 per month Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 - $21,000.00 per month Work Location: In-person employment
