Today, we seek to welcome a **Receptionist**, with experience in clinical or related fields, a strong customer service orientation, and organizational skills, to join our team. **WORK LOCATION:** * Cuauhtémoc, near Metro San Cosme and Reforma MB **PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:** To ensure efficient and professional service to patients and clients through accurate appointment scheduling, billing, and service follow-up—contributing to a positive client experience and the smooth operation of the clinic. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Patient and client service:** reception, document distribution, and routing of initial or follow-up inquiries * **Appointment scheduling and coordination:** managing schedules for nutritionists, instructors, and other professionals * **Session follow-up, after-sales support, inventory, and supplier management:** attendance tracking, treatment follow-up, client satisfaction monitoring, supply control, and supplier communication * **Handling calls, messages, and on-site sales:** providing information and promoting services and products * **Billing, invoicing, and administrative control:** cash and POS handling, invoicing, and file safeguarding * Facility opening, closing, and maintenance of order **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in reception at clinics, medical offices, or similar settings * Completed high school diploma or technical degree * Proficiency with digital tools (scheduling software, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Excel) * Excellent customer service skills, organization, and responsibility * Professional appearance and strong communication skills * Proactive and empathetic personality **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of $10,000 MXN per month * Commissions on suggestive sales (supplements and nutritional products) * Schedule: (Mon–Fri, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., including 2-hour lunch break; Sat, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.) * 100% nominal salary starting from the 3rd month * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Paid vacation days * Vacation premium * Brand discounts * Ongoing training * Excellent work environment If you have clinical reception experience and are interested in joining a team focused on holistic wellbeing, this opportunity is for you.
