We are looking for: Appraisal Assistant - Cuernavaca, Morelos **Requirements:** Education: Graduate or recent graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technician, or related field. Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in property surveys or real estate appraisal (REQUIRED). Knowledge of INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, SHF, and banking guidelines. Proficiency in entering appraisals into the SAX system (REQUIRED). Valid driver's license. **Skills:** Property inspection and survey visits. General knowledge of appraisals. Entering appraisals into the SAX system. Knowledge of INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, and banking guidelines (desirable). Knowledge of SHF guidelines (desirable).
