**Business Chamber** Requires: **Training Consultant (commercial)** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Business, Marketing or related field. **Job Objective:** Identify market niches for training, both open sessions held at the chamber's facilities and on-site at affiliated companies; develop public and commercial relationships; develop training courses either created by the coordinator or through a network of consultants; coordinate events and training sessions; provide support and advisory services to affiliated companies. **With more than 3 years of experience in:** * Administration and development of training programs, both internally and as support for training programs within companies * Knowledge of current legislation regarding training according to STPS * Public and commercial relations * Executive presentations * Event organization * Strong negotiation skills * Good communication skills across all hierarchical levels * Knowledge of manufacturing sector requirements * Advantageous if certified under any DC5 standard or as a training instructor **Responsibilities:** * Make phone calls and conduct visits to affiliated companies * Identify market niches and training needs * Develop training courses, either independently or jointly with certified trainers * Negotiate and manage resources ensuring a profit margin * Promote open enrollment training sessions * Stay updated on industrial training trends and requirements * Provide internal support or implementation of DNC within companies, including corresponding training plans **Requirements:** * Professional appearance * High proactivity and dynamism * Strong public and commercial relationship management skills * Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections * Knowledge of current training-related legislation from STPS * Excellent communication skills **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $16,000 * Commissions based on profits from sold training * Statutory benefits * Excellent work environment Position type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $15,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite contract * Company phone Application question(s): * In which neighborhood or town is your residence located?
