Position Summary: A prestigious company is seeking a Training Analyst to manage the full training cycle, course development, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the entire training process 2. Development of courses and teaching materials 3. Compliance with legal requirements regarding training A reputable company with presence in CDMX and the Metropolitan Zone is seeking: TRAINING ANALYST REQUIREMENTS Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or Psychology Experience: 1–2 years as a Training Analyst Work Location: Coyoacán Borough, CDMX Knowledge of the entire training process, instructor experience, solid understanding of NOM-035-STPS, course and teaching material development RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out the entire Corporate Needs Diagnosis (DNC) process Develop the annual Training Plan and Program based on the DNC Conduct scheduled trainings outlined in the annual Training Plan Develop courses and teaching materials Prepare descriptive course outlines and session plans for each course Deliver the induction course for newly hired staff Ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding training and instruction Coordinate and manage supplies, equipment, and facilities required for each training session Handle NOM-035 Support staff integration and motivation programs Operate the MOODLE platform Instructional design knowledge is desirable WE OFFER: Salary: $15,000–$18,000 monthly/gross Statutory benefits Timely payments Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM–2 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00–$18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
