




A leading company in the retail logistics and distribution sector is seeking a **Head of Organizational Development**, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, talent development, and team effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Design and implement Organizational Development programs** aligned with the company’s strategy and monitor their execution. * **Manage career planning, succession planning, and talent evaluation**, ensuring continuity in key positions. * **Administer performance management, organizational climate, and culture processes**, proposing improvement actions based on diagnostics. * **Coordinate and evaluate training programs**, identifying skill gaps and development needs. * **Develop internal communication, employee engagement, and compensation initiatives**, while generating reports and metrics for senior management. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field). * **3 to 5 years of experience** in Organizational Development / Culture. * Willingness to relocate to the work location (Zumpango). * Employment stability. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $25,000–$27,000 gross * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers (10% of salary) * Opportunities for professional growth and development **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM / On-site mode.
