Job Description We are seeking a Dance Instructor with excellent technique, charisma, and teaching ability. Ideally specialized in salsa, but also proficient in other rhythms such as bachata, merengue, urban dance, reggaeton, cardio dance, or Latin rhythms. Responsibilities: * Lead dynamic and fun group classes. * Teach basic, intermediate, and advanced steps. * Prepare accessible sequences and choreographies for all skill levels. * Motivate and guide students while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. * Ensure proper use of space and assist in organizing special classes or themed events. Requirements: * Teaching experience in dance (minimum 1 year). * Solid expertise in salsa (linear or Cuban style). * Knowledge and practical command of other rhythms. * Excellent attitude, charisma, and communication skills. * Punctuality and responsibility. * Availability during morning or afternoon hours (to be determined).
