*This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening at PODESUR in Benito Juárez, Mexico City** ### **Position:** **Clinical Protocols Trainer and Supervisor.** ### **We Offer:** * **Net Salary:** **$14,000.00 to $15,000.00** monthly. * **Additional Benefits:** Productivity bonuses and transportation support between branches. * **Employment Type:** Statutory benefits. ### **Desired Profile:** * **Healthcare Professional:** Physicians, Podiatrists, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of verifiable experience in podiatry and/or training. * **Essential Requirement:** **Availability to travel** to visit **11 branches** in CDMX and the Metropolitan Area. * **Education:** Relevant degree or certification (Technical or Bachelor's degree). ### **Main Responsibilities:** * **Training** of newly hired staff. * **Clinical Quality Management:** Conduct **supervisory and inspection visits** to the 11 branches (typically one or two per day) to audit strict compliance with procedures, biosafety, and health regulations. * **Mentoring and Leadership:** Promote team professional development by providing constructive feedback and resolving technical questions on-site. * **Protocol Development:** Actively participate in the creation and updating of the clinic's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manuals. ### **Schedule:** * Monday to Sunday with 1 fixed day off during the week. * Shifts: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., depending on the branch. ### **Application Process:** * **Interviews at:** **AV.
