We are Cellboj, a company with over 7 years of experience in selling leading-edge technology products in northwestern Mexico, as well as wholesale distribution across the entire Mexican republic. Our commercial partners include Aeroméxico. What will you do with us? * Diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile devices (cell phones, tablets, etc.) and other electronic equipment. * Conduct tests and configurations to ensure proper functionality of repaired equipment. * Manage and coordinate repairs, ensuring timely delivery and service quality. * Collaborate with other team departments to guarantee an efficient workflow. * Maintain repair records, inventory logs, and related documentation. What we seek in you: * Positive, organized attitude with the ability to prioritize tasks. * Knowledge of mobile device and electronic equipment repair (minimum 1 year of experience). * Proficiency in using diagnostic and repair tools for electronic equipment. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality standards. * Teamwork and effective communication skills. * Proactivity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.
