Leading company providing plastic injection and product assembly services to national and foreign companies. **LOOKING FOR PROCESS TECHNICIAN.** **Position purpose:** Maintain optimal operation of molds and machines according to production plan, minimize machine downtime, reduce scrap. **Work experience (areas, departments, functions):** * Daily follow-up on product quality status. * Ensures mold changes are performed timely and correctly. * Receives mold change setup from mold setter and signs confirmation that mold change was properly completed. * Machine startup according to parameter sheet; releases process and part together with quality, leader, and/or supervisor. * Performs process setup and validation sign-off. * Monitors process parameters. * Evaluates processes and makes necessary adjustments. * Follows up on installation process for new molds. * Follows up on mold installation due to machine change and startup. * Trains mold setters on mold changes, robots, and any topics directly related to the activity. * Supports follow-up on training for resin handlers in their activities. * Keeps process vs. machine sheets updated and in good condition. * Keeps machines locked to prevent unauthorized personnel from operating them. * Supervises activities carried out by assigned personnel. * Maintains order and cleanliness in all work areas; machines clean of water, oil, resin, parts, purges, etc. * Promotes a respectful work environment among coworkers. * Reports any shift anomalies to supervisor. * Completes daily logbook, reporting mold changes, change times, purges, adjustment times, restarts, and machine details. * Completes required area reports: part release, rapid response sheet. * Assists production department in required activities. * Submits at least one improvement proposal per month, documented and delivered to direct supervisor. * Executes applicable work standards and forms. **General knowledge and/or technical skills required for the position:** * Plastic injection knowledge of Wittmann robots. * Dryer operation * Mold changing * Operation of injection machines * Excel proficiency * Resin knowledge **Required competencies or skills:** * Plastic injection * Problem analysis * Problem solving * Mold change and startup * Work under pressure * Focused on achieving objectives * Leadership **WE OFFER:** * **Salary**: $20,000.00 \- $22,000.00 * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm \- Saturdays 8:00 am to 1:00 pm * **Benefits:** As per law Job type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 \- $22,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you have knowledge of Wittmann robots?
