Company dedicated to providing comprehensive services for the operation and maintenance of smart buildings is seeking: **MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR** **EDUCATION REQUIRED:** * Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or Air Conditioning. **EXPERIENCE** * 3 – 4 years of experience in general building maintenance (preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment, electrical installations, etc.) **SKILLS:** * Use of manual tools. * Computer equipment operation and Office software proficiency (basic level in Word and Excel for report generation) * Electrical and electromechanical installations. * Plumbing **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:** * Provide customer support when issues arise in their building. * Perform physical tests to determine equipment fault diagnosis. * Coordinate and follow up on equipment repairs with suppliers. * Monitor the maintenance plan. * Generate monthly reports on equipment maintenance performed. * Report irregularities to the Administrator. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Customer service and attention. * Follow-up and planning. **WE OFFER:** * Trial contract duration: 3 months, after which an indefinite-term contract will be issued. * Salary: $14,000 gross monthly (100% compliant with labor laws). * Uniforms. * The company provides safety equipment and tools. **SCHEDULE:** * 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm * Work location: Col.
