We are seeking **a Grill Cook** at **Grand Palladium Riviera Maya.** **MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION** * Assist in the proper organization and cleaning of the vegetable cold room and production area; monitor product rotation. * Support the Station Chef and assist with special events and all department-related activities. * Operate the grill, perform meat cuts, and control cooking doneness levels. * Apply FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and comply with “H” Distinction regulations. * Prepare food to the highest standards of quality, flavor, and texture, strictly following technical specifications. * Report any opportunities for improvement or malfunctions within your work area. * Possess imagination, creativity, aesthetic sense, and skill in salad presentation and decoration. * Ensure all products are properly covered and labeled with dates for identification and correct rotation. **In exchange for your commitment and motivation, we offer:** * Genuine opportunities for professional development within an internationally expanding company. * An excellent working environment. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Ongoing training and enriching learning experiences. **Requirements:** --------------- **Experience and technical knowledge:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Grill Cook, with proven expertise in grilling. * Knowledge of international standards (AAA, LHW) and official certifications (“H” Distinction, Crystal). * Familiarity with performance testing and temperature measurement. **Other desirable (but not mandatory) requirements:** * Ability to work under pressure. * Dynamic, creative, and innovative personality.
