DE C.V. is seeking Customer Service Representatives in Xochimilco, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A prominent automotive agency is looking for: ***CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES*** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completed high school diploma * Minimum experience: 1 year in a similar position * Basic computer skills * Availability, positive attitude, punctuality, and courtesy. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct follow-up calls to customers from the sales and service departments. * Monitor responses to administered surveys. * File customer complaint reports. * Process purchase orders and invoicing. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of $9,600 \+ performance bonus * Statutory benefits * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. * Work location: Tepepan, Xochimilco ***Our company recognizes its commitment to gender equity and non-discrimination, as well as equal opportunity.
