Locaxco, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, C.P. 05360 **Schedule:** * 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off **Responsibilities:** * Prepare mise en place: cutting fruits and vegetables, portioning ingredients, preparing sauces, dressings, and garnishes prior to service. * Cook breakfast dishes according to the menu: chilaquiles, omelets, pancakes, eggs to order, molletes, sandwiches, bowls, etc. * Plate and present dishes following the café’s standards. * Maintain constant cleanliness of your station (griddle, cold tables, utensils). * Prepare hot or simple beverages as volume demands (e.g., tea, American coffee, etc.).
