Knowledge of PMI methodology. **Responsibilities:** 1. Monitoring and supervision of construction projects in terms of financial status and execution progress (including budget preparation, project planning, contract drafting per project, etc). 2. Supervision of construction work according to schedule, quality, and cost; management of contractor payments and client billing based on work progress; final project delivery. 3. Knowledge of construction regulations (NOM and NTC), architectural design for this type of projects, as well as obtaining approvals from COFEPRIS and SEMARNAT. 4. Client and supplier relations, personnel supervision and training. 5. Document management and overall cost control. 6.
