You will perform functional, regression, and automated tests, validating the correct behavior of web portals and digital systems. You will report and document detected incidents, ensuring their follow-up and resolution in collaboration with development teams. You will provide support in QA and production environments, validating fixes and new deployments. You will collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to implement continuous improvements in testing processes.
