**Overview**
We seek a teacher to work with **infant and toddler groups (0–3 years)** who has experience in **early stimulation** and a passion for early childhood education. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing structured, dynamic, multi-level classes that promote **holistic neurodevelopment** in children’s cognitive, motor, socio-emotional, and language domains, grounded in the model of **effective interactions** and the **Denver Scale**.
**Main Responsibilities**
***Pedagogical Planning and Implementation***
* Design 1h10–1h20 classes including:
* Opening ritual (greeting, activation, song).
* Motor warm-up and dynamic psychomotor activities (roller circuits, ramps, mats, balance exercises).
* Fine motor skills (threading, pouring, tweezers, painting).
* Language development in Spanish and English (flashcards, songs, memory games).
* Cognitive activities (sorting, sequencing, assembling).
* Closing with breathing exercises, relaxation, and storytelling.
* Adapt each activity to the individual child’s developmental level.
* Integrate meaningful music (Mozart, Bach, Beethoven, and purposeful children’s songs).
***Effective Interactions***
* Foster a positive, sensitive, and responsive classroom climate.
* Practice active listening and encourage children’s participation.
* Maintain a firm, clear, and warm tone of voice.
***Well-being and Care***
* Supervise and support feeding, hygiene, and rest routines.
* Ensure cleanliness, safety, and holistic well-being of the children.
***Assessment and Documentation***
* Record progress in pedagogical journals and periodic evaluations.
* Communicate progress clearly and professionally to parents and the teaching team.
***Institutional Collaboration***
* Coordinate with the educational team on interdisciplinary projects.
* Contribute to the institutional culture of guidance and innovation.
**Requirements**
* **Academic Qualification**: Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, Special Education, Childcare, Pediatric Therapy, or related fields.
* **Preferred**: Courses or diplomas in Early Stimulation, Psychomotor Therapy, or Neuroeducation.
* **Experience**: Minimum 2 years working with infant or toddler groups.
* **Key Competencies**:
* Planning and implementation of structured classes.
* Knowledge of infant neurodevelopment (0–3 years).
* Management of multi-level groups.
* Clear and empathetic communication with children and parents.
* Observation, documentation, and pedagogical feedback.
