We are looking for a **Quality Supervisor** * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the construction team to ensure quality. * Foster a culture of quality and safety on site. * Resolve technical and operational issues on a daily basis. * Supervise cleanliness and order at the worksite. * Maintain and update the construction logbook. * Prepare quality reports, meeting minutes, and photographic reports. * Identify and document deviations or failures Requirements * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Organizational skills * Effective communication * Knowledge of regulatory standards * Construction experience preferred We offer * Starting base salary: $12,000 per month * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Job type: Full-time Salary: From $12,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
