We are seeking: **E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE** **LOCATION: CDMX OFFICE | ÁLVARO OBREGÓN** ***Required Profile*** * Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing and/or Marketing. * Experience >3 years in e-commerce and digital sales. * Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Google Analytics, digital metrics, and Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of email marketing and strong spelling skills. * Time organization and management, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and aesthetic sensibility. ***What are the responsibilities?*** * Provide customer service and follow-up (email, WhatsApp, social media, and sales platforms). * Manage and update the online store (upload products, descriptions, photographs, price updates, and promotions). * Execute commercial strategies and promotions to increase online sales. * Support the creation of commercial content. * Monitor performance indicators (sales, conversion rate, traffic, average order value). * Track orders from purchase through to customer delivery. * Validate active listings against available stock. **What do we offer?** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs. * Salary: $18,000 gross monthly. * Statutory benefits: IMSS, 12 vacation days, 15-day bonus (aguinaldo), 25% vacation premium, profit-sharing, among others. * Enhanced benefits: Savings fund (10% of base salary, capped), 20-day bonus (aguinaldo), and 30% vacation premium starting from the second year. * Employee benefit agreements. **Are you interested—or do you know someone ideal for this challenge?** **Send your CV to the email address shown in this posting or via this channel.** Salary: $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
