FUNCTIONS. * Submit the report on supplies and raw materials required for food preparation. * Verify working area conditions in accordance with health and safety regulations. * Verify food handling conditions as well as utensils (dishes, stovetop, etc.) to be used for food preparation, in compliance with established procedures. * Verify stock levels of food and beverages to support service delivery.
