




We specialize in developing and integrating hardware and software solutions, specialized consulting, help desk services, and preventive and corrective maintenance services for Point-of-Sale systems, kiosks, tablets, printers, and cash drawers across the restaurant, hospitality, and entertainment sectors throughout Latin America. **We are looking for talent—just like you.** Education: Technical degree or engineering degree in computer science or related field (in progress or completed) Experience: * Minimum 1 year of experience providing on-site technical support or preventive and/or corrective maintenance. Knowledge and Skills: * Verify availability of necessary resources at the time of equipment installation, such as electrical power, internet connectivity, cabling, etc. * Request equipment from the warehouse department based on purchase orders to prepare and install them. * Confirm proper functionality of equipment to be installed, ensuring compliance with operational standards. * Perform preventive maintenance services at each branch according to instructions from your direct supervisor. * Upon completion of a branch installation, formally deliver the equipment in accordance with delivery documentation (checklist, technical report, delivery note, or handover note). Work Location: Within 10 minutes of Coyoacán’s city center. Schedule: Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off.
