Your challenge will be to launch the agency from scratch and achieve commercial results that drive the new branch’s success. Responsibilities: * Implement sales strategies to meet targets. * Position the branch as a benchmark in the area. * Report results and propose improvements. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in premium motorcycles. * Education: Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree. * Passion for motorcycles and enthusiasm for customer interaction. * Leadership attitude, negotiation skills, and results orientation. * Knowledge of and ability to apply digital marketing strategies for brand and product positioning. * CRM system proficiency.
